1. First step is to save the eNewsLetter locally on your machine

After clicking the link “Download editable HTML” an Internet explorer window will pop up and the html file will be loaded.

To save the file locally on your PC, from the tool bar in the Internet explorer choose “ File > Save as >"

Save it in the folder off your choice , in this case it will be saved on “ Desktop”. Please double check if the drop menu option “Save as Type” is on the “Webpage. HTML only (*.htm, *.html)” choice.

Open the www.globalcatalogue.com page….from the top menu go to the “news” link and the from the submenu go to the “eNewsletters” link

Click on the eNewsLetter that you want. Scroll down to the "Download editable HTML “, right click on the link and choose “Save Target as” and save the HTML file on folder by your choice.

  1. Now using Mail merge in Microsoft Word we will send the email newsletter.

Open the Html file using Microsoft Word. Then from the toolbar go to “Tools > Letters and Mailings > Mail Merge".

On the left screen tick on the “Email Messages” option and then “Next ... ” on the bottom.

Tick on the "Use the current document" and again press “Next...

In the next step you will be loading the email address to which you want to email this newsletter. Select the option that is suitable for you and then press “Next...
1.Use an existing list (if you have already created a subscriber list)
2.Select from Outlook contacts ( using your contact details from Microsoft outlook)
3.Type a list (manually entering the email addresses)

On the next screen press “Next: Coplete Merge

Then press on the “Electronic Mail” option and the newsletter will be emailed.
